Les produits plats en acier laminés à chaud entrent déjà dans l’UE en franchise. Le Mercosur démantèle ses droits sur l’acier laminé à chaud européen selon un calendrier long, avec une ligne exclue. Les mesures de sauvegarde et les droits antidumping de l’UE sur l’acier sont distincts et peuvent toujours s’appliquer.

Droit ad valorem le plus élevé et le plus bas chaque année, sur les lignes qui vont vers zéro. Les lignes exclues ou couvertes uniquement par un contingent gardent leur droit et ne sont pas prises en compte.
