L’acier plat galvanisé ou autrement revêtu entre déjà dans l’UE en franchise. Les droits du Mercosur sur l’acier revêtu européen tombent à zéro, surtout selon un calendrier long, avec quelques lignes exclues. Les mesures de défense commerciale restent en dehors des baisses de droits de l’accord.

Droit ad valorem le plus élevé et le plus bas chaque année, sur les lignes qui vont vers zéro. Les lignes exclues ou couvertes uniquement par un contingent gardent leur droit et ne sont pas prises en compte.
