Sobre este produto
O couro bovino curtido fica isento na UE desde o início em metade das linhas e é desgravado em poucos anos nas demais. O Mercosul exclui a maior parte dessas linhas e desgrava algumas. Brasil e Argentina são grandes exportadores de couro, então o lado da UE é o que mais pesa para eles.
