Este código genérico reúne aglutinantes para fundição, aditivos e muitas outras preparações químicas. Algumas linhas estão numa cota da UE para derivados de amido, e a maior parte das outras é desgravada em poucos anos. O Mercosul desgrava as suas tarifas em cronogramas curtos e longos.
